Uttoraloy Care Foundation was born from a simple yet powerful belief — that every individual, regardless of their background, deserves compassion, opportunity, and dignity.
Incorporated on 6th June 2023 under the Companies Act, 2013, we are a registered Section 8 (non-profit) company based in Siliguri, West Bengal. From day one, our mission has been to bridge the gap between those who need help and those who can provide it.
Working at the heart of the Dagapur community in Siliguri, we have already touched hundreds of lives through our programs in community welfare, education, and healthcare — and we are just getting started.
